Watch battery replacement and size adjustment available same-day
Comptoine, the official distributor, has always gone back to the roots of a watch store and offers same-day battery replacement for watches. Leaving your watch stopped with a dead battery can cause it to break down. We recommend that you take action as soon as possible. We offer battery replacement for a variety of watches, including Cartier, Omega, Bvlgari, Seiko, Citizen, and no-brand watches.

Watch gasket repair and replacement
Packing repair/replacement ¥1,000
A rubber gasket is used on the back of the watch to maintain its waterproofness. It deteriorates over time and is replaced to prevent the water resistance from decreasing.
*Depending on the type of watch, a waterproof test may be required. (1W)
We work while taking safety precautions, such as lubricating gaskets, dealing with magnetism, and preventing short circuits.

Demagnetizing your watch
Demagnetization ¥0 (free service)
Using a specialized demagnetizer, we can easily remove magnetism from wristwatches only using a compass and demagnetizer for confirmation.

Storage period
We will store your watch for six months from the date of notification that the repair is complete.
If you do not collect your watch within six months of receiving your notification of completion, we will not be responsible for any changes in its condition. If you do not collect your watch within one year of receiving your notification of completion, we will dispose of it.
If we temporarily store your watch for reasons such as putting repairs on hold, the period will be up to six months. If the storage period has expired, we will contact you and return the watch. If we have not received any contact from you after six months, we will assume that you have abandoned ownership and will dispose of the watch.
