CONTÉVANOU, an authorized dealer of watches and jewelry, delivers your watches and jewelry with trackable shipping and careful packaging so that you can receive them with peace of mind.
1. Estimated shipping time
We will ship your order within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
*Shipping may be delayed if we need to confirm your order details or if the order is placed on a holiday.
2. Shipping method (with tracking)
We use a shipping method with a tracking number .
2-1. Delivery company: Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express
2-2. After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.
*Depending on the circumstances, high-value items may be delivered in person (requiring a signature upon receipt).
3. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping nationwide .
*Shipping costs will be covered by our store, including to remote islands and some areas.
4. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times after shipping are as follows (may vary depending on traffic conditions, etc.).
Honshu: 1-2 days
Hokkaido and Kyushu: 2-3 days
Okinawa and remote islands: 3 days or more
5. Packaging (precision items and jewelry)
Because watches and jewelry are precision items, we use cushioning material to protect the products and will carefully ship them using double packaging depending on their condition.
If you would like gift wrapping, please leave a comment in your cart or contact us in advance.
6. Storage period and collection
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, please check the delivery company's delivery notice and collect the package within the storage period.
If the package is returned due to an extended absence or an incorrect address, it may take some time for the package to be re-shipped.
(*To prevent misuse, we may contact you to confirm before re-shipping if necessary.)

Our online store only ships domestically , and we do not ship internationally.
