1. Shipping fees

• Free shipping within Japan.

2. Shipping method

• Orders are shipped by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
• You may choose your preferred delivery method where available.

3. Shipping time

• Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During holiday periods such as New Year or Golden Week, orders will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.
• Delivery may take longer for remote destinations.
• Please note that our store is closed on Wednesdays.

4. Delivery date and time

• You may request delivery from 7 business days after your order up to 40 business days ahead, subject to availability.
• Available time slots: morning / afternoon / 14:00–16:00 / 16:00–18:00 / 18:00–21:00

5. Delivery area

• Domestic delivery within Japan only.

6. If you are absent at delivery

• A delivery notice will be left, and you may request redelivery.
• If a parcel is returned because of prolonged absence or refusal to accept delivery, round-trip shipping charges and handling fees may be charged.
